Celia is a self-custody crypto wallet with a built-in Naira (NGN) cash account, built for people in Nigeria. It brings your crypto and your everyday money into one app, so you can move between the two in a few taps.
What you can do
On the Home tab you hold and manage crypto across several blockchains: buy it, sell it, send it, and receive it. On the Cash tab you keep a Naira balance you fund by bank transfer and can withdraw back to your bank, use to buy airtime, data, and pay bills, and send instantly to other Celia users by their Celia Cash username.
The important idea: self-custody
Your crypto is self-custodial. That means it lives on the blockchain and is controlled by your recovery phrase, not stored on a company server. Celia cannot freeze, move, or reset your crypto for you. Your Naira cash features are separate and require identity verification (KYC) before you can use them.
