Assume your recovery phrase is compromised if you ever typed it into a website, shared it with anyone, or stored it somewhere others could see it. In that case, create a brand-new wallet, with a fresh recovery phrase, and move any remaining funds to it immediately. A wallet whose phrase is known to someone else can never be made safe again.

Never share your recovery phrase or passcode with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Celia support. For an unexpected Naira cash transaction (rather than an on-chain one), reply with your Celia Cash username and the amount, time, and transaction details so we can investigate. Please remember that we can never ask for your recovery phrase, and we cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
