A few simple habits keep your account and your money secure on Celia.
First, know that Celia will never ask for your recovery phrase, passcode, PIN, or full card or bank details, not in chat, not by email, and not on a call. If anyone asks, it is a scam.
Second, be wary of impostors. Ignore anyone claiming to be "Celia support" who pressures you to move funds, share one-time codes, or install screen-sharing apps, these are classic scam moves.
Third, guard your recovery phrase above all else. Keep it offline and private (you can view it under Settings > Recovery Phrase), because it is the only way to restore your wallet, and the app deliberately warns you never to screenshot it.
