If you deposit more than your current tier allows, the money still arrives safely, but it is held rather than added to your spendable balance straight away. You will see a banner such as "{amount} on hold" together with "Verify your identity to unlock held deposits."
This is a limit issue, not a lost payment. To release the funds, tap through and complete Tier 2 verification. As soon as your limit is raised, the held deposit is added to your balance automatically.
If you have already verified and the deposit still has not been released after a little while, reply with your Celia Cash username and we will free it up for you.
