Bank transfers into Celia are usually credited within minutes, but every now and then a payment takes longer or needs a closer look. Here is how to think about it.

Confirm that you sent the money to the exact account details shown in your app, and that the amount fits your limits, remember that a large deposit above your tier is held rather than added (see "My deposit is on hold"), so it may simply be waiting for you to verify.

Reply here with your Celia Cash username and a screenshot of the transfer from your bank app. Please also include the 30-digit session ID for the transfer, which you will find in your bank's transaction details or receipt. That session ID lets us trace the exact payment on the banking network and resolve it quickly.
