If a bank payout cannot be completed, or your bank returns it, the amount is automatically refunded to your Naira balance, and you will get a notification telling you the withdrawal was not completed and has been refunded.
Usually the cause is a small detail: check that your bank account number and bank are correct, and that the account name matches (we verify this when you add the account), then try again. If you were debited and you can see neither the payout in your bank nor a refund in Celia after some time, reply with your Celia Cash username, the amount and time, and a screenshot of the transaction, and we will trace it.
