There are two normal paths a withdrawal can take. Most are queued for automatic payout and complete quickly. Some are routed for manual review, where you will see "Withdrawal queued for review," and these take a little longer to process.
Either way, please give it some time. If a withdrawal ultimately cannot be completed, the amount is automatically refunded to your Naira balance, so your money is never stuck in limbo. If it stays pending for an unusually long time, reply with your Celia Cash username, the amount, and the time, and a screenshot of the transaction if you have one.
