Celia is now a self-custody crypto and cash wallet, and it replaced the older Celia app (the mining app). If you were a user of that older app, this is the key thing to understand: balances from the old app did not carry over into the new wallet. They are separate systems.
So if you are searching for tokens, points, or figures you remember from the old mining app, they will not appear in the new wallet, and that is expected rather than a bug. Your new Celia wallet's crypto is yours and is controlled by your recovery phrase.
If you are signed into the correct account and still cannot see your current balances, check that you are in Nigeria (Celia is Nigeria-only) and that you are on the right wallet. For anything to do with the old app's balances specifically, please read "What happened to mining, rewards, and bonuses?"
