Before you can withdraw, you link a bank account. You can do this from Withdraw cash > Add bank account.

1. Select your Bank and type in your 10-digit Account number. 2. The Account name is checked automatically, you will see "Verifying..." and then the confirmed name appear. 3. Tap Save account.

If the details cannot be verified, you will see "Use the correct bank and account number details." Double- check the account number and that you have picked the right bank, and make sure the account is in your own name. If a valid account still will not verify, reply with your Celia Cash username, the bank, and the account number, and we will help.
