- Buy: if the crypto was not delivered, your Naira is automatically refunded; if it was delivered, it will appear in your wallet on that network once it confirms. - Sell: if it could not complete, it is returned to you, so you are not left short. - Withdrawal: if the payout failed, the amount goes back to your Naira balance. - Deposit: a large deposit above your tier is held (not lost) until you verify, see "My deposit is on hold."

Reply with your Celia Cash username and the details of what happened. For a cash/bank issue, add the amount, the time, a screenshot of the transaction, and the 30-digit session ID from your bank. For a crypto issue, add the coin, network, amount, time, and the transaction hash where you have it. With those, we can trace and reconcile it for you.
