After you submit your selfie, verification does not finish instantly. It runs in the background while we check your BVN, match your selfie, and create your dedicated Naira account. During this time the app shows "Verifying your identity. We'll notify you when it's ready."
This usually completes in a short while. Please be patient and keep an eye out for the notification. There is no need to submit again and again, in fact, repeated submissions can slow the review down. You are only marked as verified once your Naira account has been fully created.
