Withdrawing sends Naira from your Celia cash balance to your bank account. This requires Tier 2 (BVN verification), so if you are on Tier 1 you will need to complete verification first.
How to do it
1. On the Cash tab, tap Withdraw to open Withdraw cash. 2. Choose the bank account you want to pay out to (tap Add bank account if you have not linked one yet), enter the amount, and continue. 3. Review the Payout Amount, Fee, and Total Debit, then tap Confirm withdrawal.
Most withdrawals are automatic ("Automatic payout") and reach your bank quickly. Some are routed for manual processing ("Manual review") and take a little longer. For your security, you can only withdraw to a bank account in your own name.
