Every BVN identity on Celia is tied to the email it was first verified with. So if verification tells you that your BVN is verified under another email, or that your email is linked to a different identity, one of two things is happening.
Either the BVN was already verified on a different Celia account and email, in which case you should continue with that original email. Or the email you are using belongs to someone else's verified identity, in which case you should use your own email together with your own BVN.
